Founded in 2018 by Chef Takashi Yamamoto and restaurateur Michael Chen, our journey began after they recognized a gap in the New York dining scene. While the city offered countless restaurant experiences, there was nothing that brought the interactive elegance of hibachi directly to discerning clients' homes with truly premium ingredients.
